Wellness Chat & Check-In
This free, drop-in online group is your chance to relieve stress, connect with others, and learn and practice tools to strengthen resiliency. This is a safe, confidential space to share experiences and learn to remain calm during stressful times.
The Wellness Chat & Check-In group meets twice every week:
- Wednesdays, 12-1:00 PM
- Fridays, 4:30-5:30 PM
