MAY is Mental Health Month
May is the most highly recognized mental health awareness event in the United States. NAMI has created a toolkit designed to reach millions with messages that promote the concepts of mental wellness, prevention and recovery. NAMI’s 2018 theme for Mental Health Month is Fitness for Mind and Body.
